Manish Shrivastava is an Engineering and Operations leader with extensiveexperience driving innovation at the intersection of food science,biotechnology, and sustainability.
As Head of Operations and Engineering at Nuritas, he leads global efforts to scale AI-derived bioactives tocommercial production. Over the past decade, Manish has held leadershippositions at Nuritas, Air Protein, and Kerry, spearheading projectsranging from the first of a kind gas fermentation pilot plant tolarge scale fermentation based food protection products.
He serves as Chair Designate of the IFT BiotechnologyDivision and as a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science andTechnology (FIFST), contributing actively to thought leadership, judging, andmentorship initiatives.
His work bridges scientific innovation and commercialapplication, with a focus on scaling sustainable biotechnologies thatshape the future of food.
